Anterior Clinoidal Meningioma

Middle aged adult with an extra-axial mass along the right anterior clinoid process with encasement of the para-clinoidal internal carotid artery.

Foramen Magnum Meningioma

Elderly female with progressive imbalance was found to have a large meningioma of the foramen magnum/jugular tubercle with obvious brainstem compression. This was resected with a Right far lateral approach with extended trnasmastoidi approach with duraplasty.
